I still think it's up to the offended cisgendered people to suggest another term, and to make sure the replacement term doesn't other us if they want their offense to be interpreted as a problem with the word 'cisgendered' rather than merelt a problem with being asked to give up their unmarked status. If that happens, I'm willing to have that conversation.
