I think it is...I was chatting with Angus about it last night. (He's helped run it the past few years. Say hi and confuse him if you drop in.)

Ahh, the primitive conditions of Pennsic. I assume those now include wireless. IS THAT LAPTOP PERIOD?!
Anyway, I thought wars (and Wars) weren't meant to be productive?

It has also been pointed out that, "Have a nice War!" is not a very common thing to hear in any othe context.
No site-wide Wi-Fi yet (I did hear some discussion of how to do it profitably, or at least make it pay for itself); I think I posted that from my cell phone via SMS.
But it really is two weeks of camping in truly primitive conditions, because ... uh ... ah ... gimme a second ... er ... because we have to re-light the pilot light on the water heater in camp by hand when it goes out? Because the shower stall has no roof so it gets chilly showering in the middle of the night? Yeah, see -- primitive!
(For years I've been explaining to people who avoid Pennsic because they 'don't like camping', that it really isn't very much like camping at all. It's a city.)
